The second phase examination of Atul Maheshwari Scholarship-2022 conducted by Amar Ujala Foundation was completed on Sunday at 28 examination centers in 27 cities. More than 18 thousand students from class 9th to 12th appeared for the scholarship. There was tremendous enthusiasm among the children regarding the examination. Children had started arriving at the centers since morning. In many places, long queues of students had started in the morning itself.
In view of the large number of students in Prayagraj, the examination was conducted in two shifts. In the first shift, the students of 9th and 10th and in the second shift, the students of 11-12th took the written examination through OMR sheets. This time the admit cards were sent to the registered mobile numbers. It is notable that earlier on November 13, more than 20,000 candidates appeared for the first phase examination at 31 examination centers in 30 cities to get the scholarship.

In Lucknow and Banda, a lot of enthusiasm was seen among the visually impaired regarding the examination. Alok Singh, Hindi spokesperson of the blind school, had special cooperation in successfully organizing the examination of blind students in Lucknow. Akhilesh Kumar, who is visually impaired in Banda, said, the exam has been very good and if passed, he wants to pursue higher studies in BHU with this scholarship.
