In the meeting, the police asked the Congress officials to take out the yatra through Ring Road, but nothing could be decided in the meeting. Another meeting was held at 5 pm under the supervision of Special Commissioner of Police (Intelligence) Garima Bhatnagar, but this too remained inconclusive.
