In the Delhi AIIMS server hack case, the police said that the server which was hacked has been sent to the Central Forensic Science Lab (CFSL) for investigation. CFSL’s Delhi and Ahmedabad teams are probing it. The source of the hacking is not yet known.

All work was done manually due to server shutdown. The data of 3-4 crore patients is feared to be at risk in the cyber attack that took place last Wednesday. The Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In), Delhi Police and representatives of the Ministry of Home Affairs are investigating. The Intelligence Fusion and Strategic Operations unit of Delhi Police had registered a case of extortion and cyber terrorism on November 25.
