The High Court has asked the stand of the Center and the Delhi government regarding the action taken against the groups providing health services in Delhi. The Association of Practicing Pathologists has demanded action against these groups accusing them of sending misleading advertisements, irrational discounts and unnecessary messages.

Justice Pratibha M Singh issued the notice on Tuesday impleading online health platforms Healthian, Tata 1mg and Practo as parties. Apart from these parties, the GST Council and the National Health Commission (NMC) have been asked to file replies in six weeks.
