Narayan Rao presented an explanation in this matter. He said that this situation of overcrowding at the airport is temporary. It will be back to normal soon. According to Rao, the number of air travelers has increased after the Corona period. All necessary steps have been taken including increasing the number of screening machines.

Before this, Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia also did a surprise inspection of Delhi airport on 12 December (Monday). During that time he had asked the officials to ensure that the passengers do not face any problem. Later, instructions were also issued by the Ministry of Civil Aviation to the airlines to manage the crowd.
