Delhi’s Deputy Chief Minister and Education Minister Manish Sisodia visited Sarvodaya Kanya Vidyalaya, Mandawali on Monday and discussed their business ideas with girl students. While interacting with the girl students, he said that the business ideas of the children would turn into multinational companies of the future. Due to business ideas, students of government schools of Delhi are becoming job givers.
It may be known that the Delhi government had started the Business Blast program last year with the aim of making children job-providers. It is a part of Delhi Government’s Entrepreneurship Mindset Curriculum. It has been adopted in government schools as well as private schools. Under this, the government gives seed money to the students for Rs 2000 per student. This gives the students a real exposure to start their own start ups. Now Business Blaster has been started for the second year also.
