A senior Delhi Police official said that it was decided to cancel Aftab’s polygraphy test on Wednesday as he was not medically fit due to fever. In such a situation, the main session will be held on Thursday. Experts of polygraphy test say that if the accused lies in this, then narco is done. However, the date for Aftab’s narco test has not been decided yet.
What happens in which session?
First session: The experts of polygraphy test told that there are three sessions of the test, first, main and post session. The first season of Aftab is over. The accused was brought to FSL on Tuesday afternoon. He was brought out at around 10 pm. In the first session, the introduction of the accused was taken. Also, talks were held with the police officers related to the case. The questions of laboratory personnel and police officers were included in this.
Main Session: In this the accused is examined and the police asks questions. Plus, forensic scientists from FSL ask questions. If the accused gives a wrong answer, the machine catches that lie. After this, forensic scientists prepare a questionnaire on lying.
Post session: The accused is asked questions from a questionnaire prepared on the basis of false answers given by him. If the accused answers the questions correctly, then the machine records it. If the accused lies, the machine tells him. After this, questions are prepared around it. Questions are framed on the basis of false answers.
The date of narco test has not been decided yet.
According to Delhi Police officials, Narco is done after the polygraphy test is over. This happens in the hospital. In this, medicines are given to bring the accused in a state of unconsciousness. In such a situation, a medical emergency may be required. For this reason, this test is done in the hospital. The date for Aftab’s narco test has not been decided yet. However, the police has given a request letter to Ambedkar Hospital.
