Due to remaining vacant seats under the Common Seat Allocation System-2022 (CSAS) in Delhi University, students are going to get another chance for admission. DU has announced Spot Round-2 for this on Friday. As per the policy, only those students who have not yet been admitted will get admission in this round. The information about the vacant seats for the second spot round will be released on November 28 at 5 pm. To participate in this, students have to select Spot Admission-2 on their dashboard.

It may be noted that the DU administration had released the schedule for the third round and first spot round on November 11. As per the schedule, the first spot round will be conducted now. If seats are left, second and third spot round will be considered. Before the start of the first spot round, 14,000 seats were vacant, out of which around 8,692 seats were allotted. In this way, about five thousand seats are still vacant, to fill which the second spot round has been announced.

Application will have to be made on 29 and 30 November
In the second spot round, students will be able to apply for admission against vacant seats from 10:00 am on November 29 to 4:59 pm on November 30. In this, the facility of upgrading the seat will also be available on these dates only to the students of Kashmiri Displaced and Armed Forces children and widows category. The allotment list for Spot Round-2 will be released on December 2 at 5 pm. After this, from 10 am on December 3 to 4:59 pm on December 4, students will have to accept the seat. From December 3 to December 5, the colleges will verify the application and approve the admission. While students will be able to pay online fees till 4:59 pm on December 6.

More than 60 thousand admissions in DU so far
So far, more than 60 thousand admissions have been done in undergraduate courses in Delhi University. Friday was the last day to accept seats in the first spot round. 6, 953 students accepted the seat in this round. Now these students have time till November 27 to pay the fees.
