There is no possibility of voting for the post of Mayor in Delhi. On Monday, both the BJP and the Aam Aadmi Party protested fiercely against each other. Both the parties accused each other of creating hurdles in the way of voting for the post of Mayor. BJP demonstrated at Chief Minister’s residence and got arrested. The party termed Kejriwal as Tulu Pump Chief Minister and said that he is exploiting the people of Delhi for personal gains. The BJP has alleged that the Aam Aadmi Party is running away from the mayoral election due to a split among its councillors. At the same time, the Aam Aadmi Party protested at the BJP headquarters, accusing it of rigging the election for the post of mayor. Due to the clash between the two parties, the way of voting for the post of Mayor is not visible.

Bharatiya Janata Party, under the leadership of Delhi Pradesh Working President Virendra Sachdeva, organized a massive demonstration on Monday. More than five thousand BJP workers demonstrated outside the Chief Minister’s residence and accused the leaders of the Aam Aadmi Party of creating ruckus in the Municipal Corporation House and insulting the Constitution.

Virendra Sachdeva said that the incident that happened in the House on January 6 is very shameful. It is unfortunate for the people of Delhi that such a ‘Tulu pump’ has become the Chief Minister in Delhi, who has been exploiting the people of Delhi for the last eight years. He said that Kejriwal will have to apologize to the countrymen and women councilors of BJP, otherwise this struggle will continue. Sachdeva said that Kejriwal also knows that his party has split as two mayoral candidates and one deputy mayor candidate are from his party. Uncivilized behavior was done in the House to save that split and defeat.

Kejriwal is wasting public money for himself

BJP MP Parvesh Sahib Singh Verma has alleged that Kejriwal is wasting public money for his personal interests. He said that Aam Aadmi Party first earned crores of rupees by doing liquor scam and now it is defending itself by bringing big lawyers with public money. He said that the money of the people of Delhi should be spent for its betterment. But here the Aam Aadmi Party leaders are spending the money of the people of Delhi for their own defence. He called it a new form of corruption.

BJP wants to vote from nominated members

At the same time, the Aam Aadmi Party also tried hard on Monday. The party held a strong demonstration at the BJP headquarters and accused the BJP of rigging the municipal elections. Aam Aadmi Party leader and MLA Saurabh Bhardwaj said that keeping the traditions in check, the BJP wants to rig the election for the post of Mayor by getting the nominated members to take oath before the elected members elected by the public. It wants to capture the permanent committees of the corporation through them. But the Aam Aadmi Party will not allow this to happen and this struggle will continue. Seeing the mutual conflict between the two parties, the solution of this matter is not visible.
